(3 marks):  Thanos wants to save his planet from extinction and to do that he needs to acquire the infinity stones which, when all put in the infinity gauntlet, grant the user unlimited and unstoppable power. The Mighty Avengers catch wind of this sinister plot and try to stop him which results in a huge war. Setting
Definition setting is the time and place in which a story is told.
	The setting of the opening of the movie is in space on a sort of spaceship where Thanos was fighting the Hulk .describe)
	Message:  The main message of that opening is to tell us how Strong the villain is. Hulk has been shown to be one of the strongest in the Universe but was easily outmatched by Thanos. This scene shows us that Thanos is a force to be wrecking with.
	Atmosphere/mood of the opening sequence: The atmosphere is intense since the hero (Hulk) is losing against the villain (Thanos)

Definition: The process of creating the actual location where an event is performed such as a set. All of the theatrical props for a production are made, purchased, or found by the designer.
	Set-design (décor and props)……. The set design is supposed to be made up in the ruins of a destroyed ship, wrecked by Thanos.
	Message: To show just how powerful the main villain is, and to show this is the level of destruction we will see in this movie.
	Atmosphere/mood of the opening sequence: It sets the mood of despair really well making everything look broken and dark with no color. While the only thing glowing is the infinity gauntlet.
Décor: (Example red and black checkered floors, yellow walls, modern furniture, old shabby curtains, etc.) The broken metal scattered, metal wiring, Thanos’ ship in the background image.

Definition: It describes the actor's appearance as they are acting as a dramatic interpretative device that works well. The overarching concept of the movie guides the cosmetics and clothing decisions. Choosing clothing with the intention of enhancing an actor's performance.

	Message: Thanos costume shows us that he is well armed man and he is ready to engage in combat.

Hair: Thor and Loki’s hair are very messed up as a sign to show them struggling.

Definition  It is used to set the tone of a scene before any of the actors have even uttered a word. Such as adjusting the lighting to dim during an intimate scene.

Conclusion: the reason this blog is important is because we get to analyze and break down one of our favorite movies so we can understand why we like it so much. Making this blog post helps us dive deep into the movie to understand the point of view of the director and the team that designed this movie so we can make our own as well. This will help us with our movie that were planning in the future.
